We are having a AF100 event in Chicago next week. We are going to be showing a large variety of accessories and lenses as well. See below if you are interested in attending.

Abel Cine Tech Chicago, in association with Panasonic, is pleased to invite you to attend our AF100 event being held on December 8. This event will be your opportunity to get an up close look at the AF100, view demo footage and learn about the camera, accessories and optics from Abel and Panasonic experts.

Abel's Kari Hess, Production Sales, and Andy Shipsides, Camera Technology Specialist, will host the event with Panasonic's Product Manager for the AF100, Jan Crittenden Livingston.

It looks like I can make the 3:00 to 5:30 presentation. I'm looking forward to seeing this camera as it is on my short list for 2011 of possible upgrades.

I'm going to try and make a video of the event, which we will get online as soon as possible. Please let me know if their is anything that you would like us to go over. I should have a large variety of lens and accessories to show. Zeiss and Chrosziel will be joining us their as well.

It was very nice. It was great meeting Jan and Andy in person. Thank you to both of you and everyone involved for answering all of my questions (and the cookies were pretty good too).

Do you know how much will mount system for Canon L series lens will cost? Any word. I am on the verge of ordering this camera based on the cost of the mount
 
For the gentleman with the question today on fastest way to ingest SDHC / SDXC data:

Pretec makes an Expresscard SDXC reader for Mac and PC.
