My brother just bought a GH1 (GH13 
) with the kit zoom and the 20/1.7. He also ordered a nice M-Mount Nokton 40/1.4.
Also bought is a nice Iscomorphot anamorphic. Which focuses like the bigger Iscoramas - ie: set taking lens to infinity & focus with the front anamorphic only.
I know the Isco will work well with the Nokton, since it a MF lens. But I wanted to know if the Pana kit zoom & the 20/1.7 would work easily too, since i notice the focus ring/style is a bit wonky in that I am not really sure if twisting/focusing all the way to one end is really infinity ie: like other normal type lenses - infinity is cocked to one side).
Question is, will it be easy to use the Isco with the AF Pana lenses & its' fiddly infinity focusing? Or, just sell them and replace them with MF lenses.
My brother likes them & kinda wants to keep them; but will replace them if needed or if they are too much of a hassle to manually focus to infinity.
