GH4 Aerial 4K Footage from the GH4

I've been shooting around Seattle for a few days now with my GH4, testing the dynamic range and the time lapse modes mostly. I decided to take advantage of a beautiful day and I sprung for a quick helicopter flight around the city. Shot handheld with a Small HD DP4-EVF for some extra stability. Added a little warp stabilization in post as well. I'm really happy with the results.

 
Great video! I love the pacing and variety of shots. Your drone can get very high. Do you have trouble seeing it when it's up that high?

You must have no fear of losing your drone over the water. My heart skipped a few beats during some of those shots!
 
This was shot from a helicopter. I don't trust those drones ;)

Nice footage Erik. I'm moving ever closer to the GH4 as an upgrade from my GH3. The questions is if I move up, will I even need the GH3. I'm convinced I'll shoot a lot in 4k and just throw it in the 1080 timeline. Your footage shows the incredible 1080 results from 4k.
 
Erik, those shots are fantastically composed and very well shot - good work! How are you finding the GH4? I almost picked one up the other day but I can't quite decide if we need one or not.. We are looking into getting something a bit larger, yet the reviews i'm reading are all raving about it and this is making me reconsider spending the extra money!
