Advice please on syncing this live band shoot

I'll be shooting a band performing in a venue this week.

HMC70U wide
HV20 and T2i on stage
H4N in 4-channel mode (2-channel mix off the board, 2-channels of ambience)

It goes to someone else for post. What's the best way to approach synching the 3 cams with the H4N (with the T2i being at 30p, and the other cams at 29.97)?

Thanks for any pondering.

Thank you. My bad. New cam for me, and a Canon rep insisted 30fps. I'm happy to be wrong about that. And now I see it stated in the manual too.

just make sure you have someone slate (VERY LOUDLY), where all the cameras and h4n can pick it up. Then syncing is as easy as linning upt hte lines.

(in fact id probably do a double slate, since linning up 2 lines is sometimes easier)

We're recording the whole show, not directing a music video, so we don't have the luxury of slating.

We may use 2 H4Ns, one in front of the stage, and one near the board, rather than have long cable runs from the board to the stage. Thanks.

ehhh, no slating?

Any chance you could have someone with big hands to a really loud clap? (has to be heard over the croud), or say just smack something on the stage or something?

Without an audible mark its going to be tough to sync that many devices.

Yeah, yeah. Big day-glo hands!

The live performance environment isn't really conducive to slating over a 3-hour time period. I don't know how we'd stop the show when A cam has to change media and do a slate. And, we'll be pulling the triggers on the handheld B and C cams intermittently. The potential interruptions to the performers would seem to make that impractical.

I'm hoping PluralEyes will handle it, and to make it easier for it by keeping the zoom rolling the uninterrupted for each set. Thoughts on that?

Check out "Plural Eyes" its software that analyzes all your audio tracks, and syncs them up for you and multiclips.
