Advice on scene setting....anyone?

What's up all? Does anyone have a scene setting like "American Psycho" with Christian Bale. I love this look and wonder if the DVXb could get close without CC.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I think that it's more lighting that did it in that one. I love Bale and American Psycho (film and book), and the film actually has a very realistic look to it. sort of basic. great production design and lighting. I'd say just white balance everything very well, and try to give it a little more of an edgy feel with lighting (if you have the means of doing so). and maybe take the master ped down a little bit too. Fiddle around with everything until you get what you want. Hope I helped a little bit.
 
and another thing, whatever you do (white balance should take care of this), don't let skin tones get orange or have extra glow.
 
Someone posted a bunch of examples of scene settings a few weeks ago. You may have to do a search for the thread. On another note, through color correction, I was able to achieve a look for a couple of scenes that looked like "OUT OF TIME" or "TRANSPORTER 2". I am still tweaking everything. My whole project won't have that look as I shot in 24p, 24pA, and 60i with my settings and color correction.
