adobe update not working for me?

I tried to install the adobe preset update so i can do the 24F if i order this camera. I own premier 2.0. Can someone please make instructions on how to install that update... I followed what the adobe written PDF said and had no luck...

1) Copy the "Canon HDV.xml" file into the following folder:
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0\Plug-ins\en_US\Editing Modes

2) Copy the folder "Canon HDV" into the following folder:
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0\Settings\en_US\
