GH5 Adding VFR On./Off to My Menu?

Am I correct to assume Variable Frame Rate On/Off

( Menu > Creative Video > Page 1 of 2 > Variable Frame Rate )

can not be added to the My Menu?

I'm able to turn it on and off at:
Menu > Creative Video > Page 1 of 2 > Variable Frame Rate
And also able to use it.

It's not greyed out. It's just not able to be found when browsing My Menu > Add something to my menu.

Funny, when I did that I found it (bottom of pg 31) and it was grayed out.
 
Page 176 in the manual gives you the resolution and frame rates that support VFR. If you select something else ( frame rate and resolution ) it will be greyed out ( unavailable )

I didn't think to look that far down since it's so close to the top in the regular menu.
I found it and added it to My Menu.

Also note that Variable Frame Rate will be greyed out if we're in a Stills Mode and not in a video mode.
