Adding a timestamp

Me and my buddy are getting paid to film law depositions and need a timestamp on the video, the problem is, we both have GH2s. I could have done it with my old canon gl2, but it's out of comission. Is there a way we can add a running time, date, and/or timecode stamp to the footage?

No one answered this initially which worries me, as I have a lawyer client who needs date/tie burned in to the card directly as recorded. I need the same date/time stamp myself now. The GH2 is my #2 camera and my #1 appears unable to perform this. Anyone done this? Am I just dim? I hope so, as it would be better to blush in ignorance than miss the feature. o I'll bump this up to now.

Can't be done and why would you ever use a GH2 to record a video deposition when you can't monitor the audio from the GH2 due to the lack of a headphone jack? GH3 has a headphone jack but still can't do a timestamp. I still use a JVC GY-DV5100 DV camcorder for all video depositions since the standard is still 4:3 SD on a DVD and/or MPEG-1.

Thanks from me for a verdict-
Confirmation of the unfortunate truth is what I needed. In fact, I never said I was commissioned to shoot a deposition. My client's requirements are a bit different, including, as I indicated, the footage on media as recorded. Any post-processing (including transcoding or even simple transcription for optical disc) would defeat that purpose.
