adapter for HOYA 70-210?

I have this old HOYA 70-210 lens that someone gave me, I don't know if it's even worth trying, but if it is what adapter do I need to use this with the GH2?

KAR - Konica Auto-Reflex for the earlier Konica mount SLRs, not to be confused with Konica/Minolta (later Sony) which is A-mount but later renamed Alpha-mount. There is also the Minolta MC/MD/SR mounts which is a different beast.

Hoya is also likely not the maker of the lens, but more likely the maker of the UV filter attached to the lens.

Heh, yes sir that seems to be the case. The lens then is either a Marexar or Mamiya (only other names on the lens) Is this worth spending the money on the adapter for?
 
I would lean towards "no... it's not worth it". Konica Hexanon lenses are great, but most 3rd party lenses are a dime-a-dozen. If it's not a fast zoom like f2.8 or f3.5 or constant aperture, I really wouldn't bother.
