Adapter for GH1 to Nikon?

I was just wondering if anyone has suggestions as to what adapter to go with to mount nikon lenses on the Gh1?

Use the Nikon to m4/3 adapter by Ciecio7 on ebay.

Note that he has two models, one for Nikon lenses which already have aperture control and one for Nikon lenses without an aperture ring, such as most or all Digital Crop size lenses.

Right now the only other lenses I have are a couple of old E series, and they have manual apature control. Am I better to stick with manual ap lenses or go with the adapter that can adjust it?

Get the newer adapter with the bolt because you'll never know when you might stumble on a great DX lens.
