Accessory bundle for 7D?

[steventimothy]

As I was researching some purchases, I was wondering: does anyone market an accessory bundle for a 7D or other DSLR that includes:

Loupe
Cage
HDMI Monitor
Shoulder mount
Hardware & fittings for above

And/or other accessories like sliders, etc.? Like, altogether with one price?

Thanks

Ive never seen anything that includes exactly what your looking for but Ikan does make some packs

I can't testify to the quality of their products because i have never used them, i've just seen these packs online before and they look nice.
