I thought this was very well done. Good lighting, editing, pacing, music and the casting was just right. I loved how it felt like a 2 hour feature that was finally wrapping up, bringing the story together in a tight, entertaining sequence at the end. That was very well done for such a short film. I'd definitely would like to see more of your work in the future.
 
Wow, very nice work. Very well directed, it all felt and moved so naturally. For having such a fast pace it never felt rushed. I'd love to see what you could do with 30 minutes. Really good job.

I actually wish I had more time to tell the story. I it's like a 20 or 30-minute story compressed to a 6 minutes short.
 
The end result of this was a pleasant surprise. I am Tore Fagerheim, the DoP on this, some of you old DVXusers might recognize me, even though I haven't been active on here for years. :)

Shooting this was a real challenge some times, and it was my first time handling the HVX. But overall I'm happy with the way things turned out. Kyrre is an amazing director, and we seem to function very well together on the set.
 
I liked this one. Well done, but my only comments would be that it was a little odd how the one actor went from what I can only assume to be Norwegian (based on your location) to English. It threw me off a bit.

Other than that, it was a little hard other than the initial shot of the Father to connect the sister's visit with his passing. Maybe there were a couple too many shots that almost made the middle a little too long? Other than that however, I thought it was excellent - well shot, well edited and well executed.

Very understandable, though it was actually improvised by the actor on set. English is taught from very early in school here and 99% of the population speaks it fluently. When we quote something, we tend to not translate to norwegian.

I used those lines, and the music that's in the scene, to take some of the weight of that sequence, and not make it a "kids, don't do drugs"-moment. :Drogar-Smoke(DBG):

I definitely agree on the sister-scene. The though part about that scene is that it was supposed to hint at the protagonists situation without giving to much away.

I like this one a lot, the editing, color grading, filming, lighting, etc. etc. was all great! The story it self was great and for the ending as well. Good film!
