AC90: AC30 VS. AC90 - Low Light?

Hi, I currently have an AC90 I use for shooting Legal Work (Depositions), I recently just saw that Panasonic released a Firmware update to display TIMESTAMP. Here is my question...

How does the Ac30 compare to the Ac90 in low light? The Ac90 has super clean gain, but the Ac30 is a newer cam with a bigger sensor... Any input would be awesome guys!

Hi. I own the AC90A. While I haven't used the AC30, according to the specs (lux rating, sensor size) and newer tech, it should beat the AC90 in low light. How much better? I don't know.
Maybe someone that has used both will chime in.
Is better low light your only reason for considering the AC30?

The other reasons are, its newer, more compact, longer zoom, sharper (hopefully)...
