AC160 Ac160 Shooting 1080 60p but no 1/60 shutter available?

Anyone have a clue about his. My choices skip from 30 to 100 on the shutter. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Pardon my ignorance, I have only recently begun using the 1080 60p function. How do I turn the shutter off?
 
On the AC160, set the DIAL SEL to "shutter", then use the wheel and push it in. It'll toggle between showing you a shutter speed, and saying "shutter off." It doesn't really turn the shutter off though, it just sets it at a fixed default speed (which, for 60p, is 1/60).
