AC160 Ac160 scene file match question

I have a scene file I use with my AF100, it's the 5DMKII recipe from Abel. I use this when shooting with others who are using canon products and they seem to be happy with the results.
So my question is; can I put the same 5DMKII recipe in my 160a and achieve the same look or is the DNA of these camera so different that they won't match at all?

It would be a good start, but I wouldn't expect it to match exactly, you may need to tweak the settings a little.
