AC130: Ac130 video outputs for legal work

After reading page 67 of the manual I have a couple questions to clarify something:

When in DV mode, hdmi out is disabled and only FireWire and composite are active outputs- but do they both carry the time/date stamp out?

when in avchd mode, the FireWire out is disabled and only the hdmi and composite are active outputs, but again- do they both have the time/date stamp?

or I guess the easier way to ask is, do any of the video out ports NOT carry the D/T stamp out in either mode?

thanks,

Assuming you have set the TD to record-- then yes it will be burned into the image and will output through all the outs.
more info than you asked: I shoot all my depos in DV mode and use the firewire to my iVDR .

I went to an NCRA seminar this weekend- the court reporter's organization that certifies legal videographers. Although its not a requirement to be certified to do this, I want to add depos to my skill-set and this is all new to me.

They also said that 99.9% of depos are SD. That's why the AC130 is so appealing. Recording in SD, backup SDHC recording, FireWire out- it checks every box. I just wish BH hadn't jacked their price back up as it's now $300 more than
last month even with panasonic's rebate.

just to confirm- both composite and FireWire show T&D at the same time in SD mode? And is the SD mode actually true 4:3, or is it pillar boxed widescreen, or is it widescreen only.
