I've heard that Panasonic confirmed that they will not be adding 1080/60p to the AC130 but they will be doing it on the AC160. Why is ths? Seems like many consumer cameras have this ability and I'm shocked that a Pro camera such as the AC130 will not be getting this. So what's the reasoning behind this decision? Seems like if they can add it to the AC160 then it should be just as easy to add it to the AC130? Or am I missing something here? I kinda wish I would have gotten the AC160 instead of the AC130... ;(

Price! You might get it 12 months later when everything has stabilized like the 25p in the GH2.

1080P 60P is one of the differentiating features between the AC130 and AC160. ALong with uncompressed audio and HDSDI. Other than that the two cams are identical. SO if you want the 1080P 60P then simply buy the AC160. They offer the AC130 as an option for those that dont want all the bells and whistles for a lower budget.
