Sorry if this is a dumb question, but just to clairify, this is not a one run product, right?? I am interested in this camera but dont need it for a year or two, so I want to make sure I will be able to purchase at that time.
 
It's not a one-run product. Reservations were a (successful) means to guage support for the product and to help us judge production run throughput.
