A7S support on O7Q

The engineers are actually arranging a complex test, gathering a number of different converters and different outputting cameras so that we can test for now and in the future. May take a bit to gather it all together.

any news on the 4k a7s with the 7Q?

seems the shogun is the go to solution come next month for the 4k over hdmi.

There will be news soon, but not yet. Sorry, getting engineering specifics locked down. We're in August now which means we're ramping up for the Fall.

BTW, on the Atomos website it used to say that the Shogun has been pushed back to Winter 2014. Now it does not say a date at all.

Hope there's not some strategic business move to hold on to 4K Pro Res for a big event or certain time of year.

It is not in our interest to delay something that has already been announced.

Of course that means that good strategy is to announce something NEW at a major event or at a particular time.
