I'm a dinosaur. I still occasionally shoot with my 5D MKII as a B or C camera, have a T3i that is massively outdated so I use it for time-lapse and my C100 MKI is still going strong. Fortunately my clients generally don't care about or request the latest and greatest although one studio client last week told me that 4K delivery requirements from Fox, Sony and CBS are coming to smack us in the face soon so my C100's days as A camera are numbered, at least for those clients. C300 MKII is coming up for us. I find in my business, generally, being on the bleeding edge is a bad thing, the budgets don't support it and generally clients don't care, other than this big 1080 to 4K change many of us are finally being hit with. Just bought a new 80D as a gimbal camera, might have to update to the Fuji XT2 or something else with auto focus as nothing Canon makes will fill the bill as far as weight and the ability to shoot 4k on such a light gimbal (Zhiyun Crane).
