A7S II for shooting 4K fast action?

From what I understand, most DSLRs like the 5DM3 do not do well with lots of motion and focusing, though from what I read, the A7S II has built in stabilization of some sort that somehow resolves the focusing when shooting video? Is this correct, or am I completely misunderstanding how the 5 point stabilization of the camera works?

For quick auto focus, the best Sony has in the DSLR style camera are A7RII and A6300. Both suffer from the rolling shutter effect, however, when shooting moving subjects, though A7RII can trade off resolution for a faster readout in the line skipping full frame mode.
