A1 (with Letus Extreme) Camera test video.

I finally have my A1 rig together and did my first real test today with everything put together.

I initially posted this in the 35mm adapter thread but thought I would link here in case anyone wanted to see the A1 footage.

There is an ongoing discussion about presets and 'flat' colors on the A1 here. This was shot with the default camera settings. I just dropped (well, sort of crushed) the blacks in post. There was no other color correction.

I am very pleased with the latitude that the A1 allows me (given that it is HDV).

i like that piece. nice shots. worked well with the music. i like how some of the background is blown out. what were ur settings, shutter?

Shutter was always at 48. I shoot with the default A1 settings always. The SLR lenses were almost wide open. The A1 aperture went up and down as needed in conjunction with the internal ND. That's it.
