This is a commercial on a high end resort.
All DSLR except archived shots I did before on 3 frames, the hills, a tarsier and a river, otherwise the resort footage is on a DSLR.

This is a cinema commercial to be projected digitally in cinemas in a mall.

Nicely done. Curious to know how it look on the big theater screen in terms of quality?

Thanks, yeah, I'm curious too since the previous cinema ads I've done where on the JVC HD100 & 200 cameras, I've also screened an ad shot with jvc+lens adapter, it came out ok, now since I find the DSLR image better than the JVC+adapter combo due to resolution(1080 vs 720 jvc) and softness from the GG element so I'm kinda optimistic.
I've edited this on a 32 inch monitor then test screened in our studio projector to a 7 foot screen and it held up just fine so I guess its good.
I'll know tomorrow since I'm still making the files compliant to the cinema's projection server. -I'll post the results. :-)

Projected on the big screen today

Projected on the big screen today

Just viewed this on a huge digital cinema screen today and I'd say... wow.

Beautiful. We had the sequential Tiffs and 48 khz audio track transcoded into a compliant files for the projection server.

I figured I was watching what the guys at the Zacuto shootout saw.

Heres a pic to give you guys an idea of the theater size. Its a 39 x19 foot screen.
