A lot of people seem to be happy with the Glidecam, which would be your only solution to fit your budget. However this is a very basic camera stabilizer, not a full fledge stabilizer such as a steadicam. Good stabilizers are thousands of dollars, and unfortunatly like many things, the result that you get are somewhat proportional with the amount of money you are willing to spend.
