T2i A Good Monitor

So I just got my T2i and I want to get a pretty good onboard monitor for it. I was thinking about getting a Z-Finder, but I would prefer a monitor if I can get a good quality one for close to the same price. Any suggestions?

Note that the T2i switches to 480p output when recording. Most monitors, especially the lower-end ones (under $500) are almost unusable outdoors in the sunlight without a LOT of shading. So even if you can get a 7" or 8" monitor for the same price as the Z-finder, you'll soon discover some serious downsides with it, especially considering that it won't display an HD image while you're recording.
