A few questions about MXFs

Hi there,

I'm wondering about a few specific things regarding MXF files. I've searched, but 'MXF' is too small to search for.

-What size are MXF files when they are 'unwrapped' by FCP? How much storage will I need for 1.5TB of MXF files?

-How does footage split over two cards get reconstructed? Automatically or manually?

1. It's about he same size.
2. Currently with FCP. it's manually.
