For example a 25 1920x1080 file - I would select:
H.264
Quality 100%
1920x1080
match original frame rate: 25
Interlaced scaling

I did all this, even when doing the conversion I can see a black screen, it seems the sistem does't recognise the original MOV file....

streamclip settings--.jpg

The "1888x1062" I think is coming from Quicktime.
I set it to the original 1920x1080.
This setting, you can deinterlace in CS5.

This thumbnail below is if you want to deinterlace in Streamclip:

tanks!

I did the first option, is difficult to have done any mistake, I did it many times now, and when I import the MP4 in cs5 and is a black video.

You say "This setting, you can deinterlace in CS5." can you please say how to do it?

In Streamclip, you check "Deinterlace Video".
If you don't check it, you can also deinterlace in CS5 -but you need to consult your help files on how to do that - I don't have CS5.

This is an explanation of deinterlacing:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deinterlacing

regarding blackness in the video:
Is there black also in the original video? Maybe try mp4 conversion with a different file.

The original MOV's cant be rad win windows, the system cannot recognise tem, that is why the MPEG_Streamclip makes a black conversion to MP4.

I have QuickTime Pro v7.6.9 installed but I dont think that is the PRO version because it asks me to buy the PRO version.

Any one knows other ways for windows and cs5 read and recognize MOV files?
