Design Feature :- One Big Red Button.
The Big Red Button on the side of your Red One Camera is commonly
referred to as "The Red Button"
Pushing this button has the usual effect.
By pushing the "button" you will initiate "the sequence"
Once pushed, this cannot be undone.
By pushing the button first you have an advantage over your enemy.
While they too may have a red button, it may not be on a Red One and therefore will not be as effective.
Once the button is pushed and the system is activated and you will hear an audible confirmation "Red One Active"*
This will confirm that :-
a - You have successfully pushed the button
b - Red One is active
c - Your Button really does work
Of course reports that the pushing of the "Red Button" has become so addictive at Red Labs that it is rumoured to be the reason for the huge delays in putting the final touches to Red One.
We have unconfirmed reports that employees are having difficulty walking away from the "button."
Sources close to Red have confiremd that the "button" is finding it's way into discussions with counsellors who have been brought in to try and work the team through this addictive behaviour.
This agency has even received confidential information from un-named sources inside the Red Programme that the enigneers are not sure whether this feature could cause mass hysteria once Red was available to
the public. "We are concerned that the 'button' could actually become more important than the camera."
The fear is that the soundbyte could be used in cheap key-rings mass produced in mainland China for a tiny fraction of the "Red One" price tag.
The key rings could possibly find a cult following and hoardes of people would lead unproductive lives sitting at their desk repeatedly "pushing the button"
Concerns are even spread as far as the "White House" where the trend could lead to the wrong "button" being pushed.
Many questions still remain but one thing is certain. The Red One will find a following. One button at a time.
