7d vs hpx170 for glamour shoot

I'm preparing a video shoot of a series of fashion models against a white or black seamless backdrop. It will be mostly headshots or shots from the waist up.

I've got both an hpx170 and a 7d available, but I'm deciding upon which one to use, and I'd appreciate your advice.

I'll be working with a professional sound guy so audio is not a big issue. I'll also be shooting for about 3-4 hours straight.

I'm comfortable with the hpx170 and I love its ease-of-use. But somehow I think the 7d might produce more beautiful images, though I'm not so sure if this is just something in my head, since after viewing many images with both cameras, the difference in look, to my eye, often seems subtle.

I'm also concerned about the overheating issue I've heard about with the 7d.

Do you guys have any strong points-of-view regarding these two options when shooting beauty /glamour videos?

Both cameras will perform excellent. The most important thing is lighting and presenting the models in a interesting way.

No matter which camera you use as long as you have the concept, lighting and overall way your going to edit it is not going to make a difference.
