So we picked up 3 7Ds, and we're thinking of making a stereoscopic rig for 2 of them. We have worked out how to sync up zoom and focus on the lenses. But, it sure would be easier if there were a way to computer control those features. Does anybody know of software to control those functions via USB? Also, is there a way to genlock the cameras? (Sync the timecode on the clips). We can always do the clacker method, but that seems a bit cludgy.
