7D sound out of synch with video?

Generally I don't use the audio from the 7D, other than a little natural sound here and there. Recently I noticed that the audio was out of sync, consistently about four frames.
I checked the footage directly from the card using Quicktime player and it appeared to be in sync so I'm guessing sync was changed when I encoded to ProRes. I use MPEG StreamClip to encode to ProRes, what did you use?
Are you on a Mac or PC? Also, I just installed the new Canon Log & Transfer plugin for FCP, I'll check to see if that has the same problem.

This could be any number of things.
Try opening the clip in Cinema tools and 'Conforming'. Don't change the framerate or anything, just leave all the settings alone and hit the conform button.
If that doesn't work I suggest giving us more details... are you looking at the video in Final Cut? are you converting to prores? whats the sitch?
