7d>shoot at 24 or 30fps when targeting 24fps?

Hi
What capture frame rate should I use in the 7D, 24 or 30, if the end result will be a 24fps video?
Is there any noticeable difference? (assuming I would shoot at 1/50 and 1/60 sec respectively)

Unquestionably, absolutely, without a shadow of a doubt, if you're delivering 24fps, you should be shooting 24fps.

Unless of course you need to slow down (Overcrank) your footage.. Shoot any of the higher framerates then conform in cinema tools for smooth slo-mo action....
