7d & Sandisk Extreme 60MB/s Problems

I just started at a new job, & they've got a 7d with 2 32 GB Sandisk Extreme 60MB/s CF cards to record onto. They mentioned to me when I first got here that they've experience a lot of trouble with the video dropping out after 4-5 seconds (buffer bar pops up & recording stops). After the first day of shooting with it, I'd say that it happens about once every 4-5 times I hit record. It seemed to happen randomly, it would immediately drop out & then work fine the next time I hit record while shooting the exact same shot. The next day, I tried upgrading the firmware(from v1.2.4 to v1.2.5) & formatting the cards in camera, but still experienced the same problem when I took it out to shoot that afternoon. I've shot quite a bit on a few different 7d's over the past year, with CF cards that weren't this fast, & never experienced anywhere near this much trouble with dropouts. After doing some research just to double check, the general consensus seems to be that a 60MB/s card should be plenty fast. Any suggestions as to what the problem might be/how to resolve it?
