7D OEM alternative batteries

Has anyone had any luck with batteries other than the Genuine LP-E6 Canon battery in the 7D? I'd like to buy a couple 3rd party batteries but I've read horrible reviews. If you've used one successfully can you please send me a link?

Most all batteries on ebay will work. I've purchased a few, I've had greater success with "Titan" branded batteries, they seem to last a little longer.

The major drawback with most 3rd party batteries is that they will not tell you how much power is left on the battery, which could, if you're not careful, lead to the camera dying during a take. Just be mindful of how long the Canon batteries last and how long you've been filming, and swap over before disaster strikes.

i just recieved 2 oem's from ebay that comes with a charger for each battery ,thus far they've been cool only prob has been one of the chargers conked out on me at about the 3 time charging.

Weird. Also, I heard somewhere that you can buy batteries that are 3rd party that still have the info chip built in so I could tell how much battery juice is left. This is pretty crucial for me as I often shoot weddings and can't have a camera conking out on me at any given moment.
