Is there any way I can use a SDHC to Flash Card adapter and still obtain a more than fast enough speed for 1080p recording and all other functions without a problem?

Can anyone recommend a set up?

My laptop only has an SD card slot. Thanks!!!

I have one of those Macbook Pros and it has a SD adapter built in.

So if I but a SanDisk Extreme III is there a fast adapter online somewhere that can handle fast speeds? Thanks!

All the CF to SD adapters I've seen drastically slow down the host SD card. I doubt it would work. Delkin makes one off the top of my head.
