I am about to purchase a 7D and a number of lenses and am interested to get some advice. I am thinking of getting a 85mm 1.4 Zeiss, possibly a 50mm 1.4 as well, and a 16-35mm 2.8 Canon lens.
My budget for lenses is around £ 2.5k and it is important to me that they are decently fast (does not have to be extreme), and are good to work with in terms of manual focusing and of course image quality. I've also contemplated getting Nikon manual focus lenses, but as the changing of lenses during shoots is important to our work, we would maybe need one rayqual conversion ring for each glass. So that's how I arrived at the option above.
I would really appreciate any feedback.
