7d and deep DOF

[JordanService]

Alright, so we know that the 7d can shoot really nice footage in shallow Dof, but I have not really seen any good looking footage with deep depth of field. Has any one shot any thing with deep focus? I would really appreciate some deep focus tests, especially deep focus with movement.

I am really excited by this camera and if it can do Deep dof as good as it does shallow then I will be a happy camper.

Don't count on it: h.264 can work more or less flawlessly with shallow DOF -- that's the 35mm format's gem. But deep DoF @ 1080p with a fragile downsample? It does mean aliasing and lack of detail overall. Comparing with a stronger outcome for sure: codec -> definition included.
