77mm LCW Fader ND Mark 2 or Hoya ND x400 HMC?

[radames_e]

Hi I want to buy a ND filter, but I was wondering if anyone can share the feedback about either of these ND filters or which one you would suggest?

Take a look at the Heliopan filters, there's a great thread about it in the news section here on the website.

A Heliopan ND Vari Filter would be great, but my budget for an ND Vari Filter is $130.

It's a little more than you're looking to spend, but http://www.fotomayr.de/webkat98/homepage.php?/html/006620.HTM has them for less than anywhere I've seen.

I've got one that sells for 185 but it has skuffs on the outside rim. Optically and functionally it is perfect.
