720p/60 shot at wrong frame rate?

I shot slow motion with a setting I have that is 720p/60 and the frame rate or vid rate is 23.98. Did I not shoot 60p? How can I change the vid rate or frame rate to show 59.94? Is it the way I shot it or can I change it to have the 60 progressive fps? dvcpro hd frame rate converter says it only can change files shot in 59.94 or 50 and cinema tools doesn't have an option to change it to 59.94 or 60. Would love some help if you have any knowledge about it. I shot a job last week at this rate and need the frame rate to be 59.94.

First shoot in 720P/30PN (NATIVE mode) You can change your frame rate by going to: MENU / SCENE FILE / set "OPERATION TYPE" to "FILM CAM" then set "FRAME RATE" to "60 FRAME"...
This is called over cranking in Native mode.
This will give you the full 60 frames per second while recording.

Please note that 720P/30PN mode does not record audio! so plan to record audio on a separate device.
You cannot live scream video while in NATIVE overcranking mode!

As far as the footage you already shot in 24fps, I don't think you will be able to slow it down much even if you convert the frame rate to 60fps because all your doing it creating duplicate frames. Better to reshoot then to have choppy slow motion.

hope this helps

...Please note that 720P/30PN mode does not record audio! so plan to record audio on a separate device.

The camera will not record audio only when over or under cranking (ie frame rate is set different than the record rate, like 60fps recorded at 24p)

The camera WILL record audio in the native formats (720/24pn and 720/30pn) as long as your frame rate is set to 'default' or the record rate. The native formats don't take as much space up on your P2 card, giving you 40 minutes per 16gb (720/24pn) vs 16 minutes per 16gb.
