60p --> 29.97 audio problems. Help please.

Shot some footage I need to ship out to an editor today which I was nearly certain I shot in 29.97, as it needs to be. However, on bringing in the footage to transcode in Toast 9 it is showing up as 59.94.

I have both played with the export settings to have it conform in toast to 29.97, which throws off the audio... and tried to export is as is 59.97 then bring into Cinema Tools then conform to 29.97 which then throws off my audio.

Anyone run into this before or know what I need to correct?

Was shooting PH 720p also, and transcode with Toast 9, edit with FCP 6.0.5.
 
Okay, now this is happening with shots I know beyond a shadow of a doubt to be shot at 29.97 showing up as 59.94. Anybody?
