60i SloMo trick in MC5?

Hey all
I finally decided to man up and go with MC5 after a ton of premiere headaches.
I'm wondering what the best way is to use 60i in a 23.976 timeline for slow motion would be? with premiere I would just change the time to 40% and replace with an AE comp.
But with MC5, I'm wondering what the best way to go about ingesting and working with 60i footage for this will be. When using Avid in the past, I would shoot two separate tapes, one for 24pA and one for 60i, ingest them in two different projects, take the 60 into AE and slow it there, export to QT and import into MC. It worked really well quality wise, but it was a hassle and its not going to be very doable shooting skiing/boarding in the snow.

So what I'm wondering, has anyone done this in MC5? Whats your workflow?

I'd be stoked on any help or direction anyone can give me.

Capture the 60i material in a 60i project. Open in your 23.976 project. Mix and Match will automatically kick in. Once you edit in timeline, change the motion adapter to be 1:1.
