Hello there,
I am considering to buy this camera and although I know I will have to rent another camera for slow motion work I would like to know if I can stress this one out successfully in order to get a perfectly usable 60p file. There are several topics and videos touching this matter but I would like to try this one out for myself as there are many ways to get that result. Moreover, I want to find out a relatively fast workflow to get a file that can later be time remapped in any application.
So what I'm asking for basically is a 5 second 60i clip from that camera. It would be ideal for the shot to have a rather large depth of field and some detail overall to see how it holds up afterwards but this is already asking too much so any video with motion would be fine. As soon as I have time I will post the results and workflow. I am in no way promising a great solution but since the file will be there, anyone could tinker with it and post their outcome.
The purpose of this test is to see if one can get a few seconds of 60p footage in a relatively hassle free way, as if the camera already had this ability to start with.
