I decided to order a Olympus 14-54mm Four thirds off ebay and I bought this adapter also.

It's a Viltrox JY-43F. It has the electrical contacts to power the lens. The 14-54mm is a first gen(half price of the Mark II) so it won't autofocus, but aperture priority mode works but it's pretty slow vs a native lens. Still roughly half price the official Panasonic or Olympus adapter, it's a good deal IMHO.

I wanted a black one and they said they would send a black one, so I'm sending this back but I took some pics so you could see how it looks and that it works. It feels good but I'm not sure it's metal....it doesn't feel metal, but it doesn't feel plasticy. The lens and body contacts are metal however.

The first gen 14-54 will autofocus on a GH2 ;) just say'n.

Besides that, the adaptor seems to work as it should? Seems like a good value.

I just realized I don't know how to auto focus, lol. I stuck the kit lens back on and I couldn't get it to auto focus for a bit. Problem now is I just shipped the adapter back to exchange for a black one so can't do a follow up test for a week or two till I get it back.

I just got the black version of the adapter in and it does auto focus on the GH2 when I hit AE/AF lock. When I try it on the Gh1 it says to switch to MF and won't auto focus. It takes a while to focus vs the kit lens using a MK1 olympus 14-54mm, 2-3 seconds vs almost instant with the kit lens, but the Mk1s are supposed to be slow vs the newer MKII.

For $60 this adapter is a good deal, imho, but I hear that some of the tolerances may be a bit off. The black vs the silver one I had, the silver mounted to the body much stiffer than this one does, so make sure you ask the seller if they'll exchange for another if you get one that's loose.
