5D Mark III and LCD viewfinders

It appears that the size and shape of the LCD on the back of 5D Mark III has changed from the Mark II. Anybody have an idea how that will affect Z-Finders, LCDVF's and other viewfinders?
Not only the size may be different, but also there appears to be less lip to attach a sticky frame on the right side of the LCD...

That is what I noticed when I was handling a 5DIII at the Focus on Imaging show on the Canon stand at the NEC Birmingham here in the UK yesterday. The camera looks & feels great. Evidently it was a pre-production model they had the memory card door taped shut so I couldn't slip in a card & take any test footage. They had several cameras on display maybe five or six.

I removed my Zacuto frame from the back of my mkII half a year ago because I found out it was way better to use an EVF instead of the LCD screen.

In what way was it better for you? (I have a pretty good idea, but always better to hear first hand experience).

Ok, so I preordered from B&H, and I'm now holding this thing in my hand. I can confirm that neither of my non-EVF view finders cover the LCD screen. It's definitely a case where ~5% of the back screen is cut off. It just doesn't fit.

The EVF is great (I have access to Zacuto's, and own SmallHD's little setup), but when you're just packing it around doing spot interviews, I tend to use a simple viewfinder to avoid setup. So... it looks like the question remains a wee bit unanswered at this time. So far, haven't been able to find any answers online about it, but we'll see what comes up over coming days.

The screen has fantastic resolution though. It looks like it would actually be fine to use for run and gun, but not without a viewfinder that fits. If anyone finds a solution, I'd love to hear it.

Update...
I did find that Zacuto has a new base coming for the zfinder. On their site for the Z-Finder 3x, they're quoting, "This frame is not compatible with the D800, D4, 1DX, or 5D Mark III. We will have frames for these cameras in about 3-5 weeks."
