576/25p editing choices

What is the workflow for working with 576/25p?

Do all the editing packages support this mode?

Just about, yup.

In fact, for anything that doens't change on a sub-frame basis (so nothing animated). You can cut 25p on ANY PAL editing system. Beacuse 25p fits perfectly into 50i, every frame stands on it's own and there is no pull-dwn de-interlacing to worry about. :):)
