5 camera live studio shoot, Amstel Youth

[homestar_kevin]

So my friends in the band The Dialogue were recording an In studio Micro Show at Mobtown Studios here in Baltimore.

It's a pretty cool concept actually. Once a month, the recording studio invites a band to come and perform an 8(ish) song set, they perform the songs live, but are recording the performance. So you get really nice quailty, live studio songs.

The studio invites like 20 or 30 people to come for free, first come first served with free tickets.

All this takes place in a 9x17 or so room. Quite a bit to fit a band, like 15 people or so and 5 cameras.

I really liked the radiohead from the basement stuff that came out a few years ago and jumped at the chance to do something semi similar while getting (free) professional audio.

There are more songs coming out, this being the first, Amstel Youth.

Shot with all crop frame canon dslrs (1 60d, 2 t2i's, 2 t3i's)

Canon L zooms, Nikkor 24mm 2.8 AIS.

Let me know what you guys think, I think I need more work in Color Correction/noise removal... It was pretty dark in there.

Should be doing the second song in this set tomorrow, I've gotten some great feedback on this so far, and just wanted to see if there was anymore out there?

Thanks guys!

Just finsished the second song on this, Coma.

Did the color correction differently, cooled everything way off compared to last video.

Let me know what you guys think!
