Clean the heads of your camera with a cleaning tape.

But will the blue bars still be on the tape? Are the blue bars coming from the tape or the playback?

Hopefully play-back. But there is no way to know untill you try cleaning the heads.

Well, you can try the tape in a different deck that you know works, and you can test your camera with another tape too. But try cleaning it first.
