Thats the problem being stuck in the northern part of Europa among the polar bears...
We never get that kind of stuff showed off here.

How was the sound? That crazy 22.2(!) 3D-surround system?

Request to the RED team: Please make a 4K-RED-video projector! Please?
(Sony charges 10K for their 1080P VW100HT...and if they charges 100K for their 444-camera it would mean that a RED-projector would cost...)

It did indeed have very high resolution - very hyper-real, but the dynamic range was rather poor. I guess that's why it's an R&D project.

4k monitors and projectors and computer screens already exist but red could certainly private label these devices.

If RED made a 4K-projector that could match the Sony SR-X 105 & 110 for a equally competitive price as the "RED 1" vs HDC-950F is (assuming they are equally in quality) they would revolutionize the theater business!
And they would offer a unbroken chain from acquisition to distribution!
No point making a film if you are unable to distribute and show it.

I am just dreaming I know, but it would be sweet if they did!

I dont think Red will be exploring the projector arena anytime soon... I dont think its out of the question, but i hope its further down the list.
