The only adapter for 2/3" cameras is $27,000. A Letus Extreme plus relay lens should be no more than 15% of that cost. Thanks Barry. I assume that the appeal here that this new product is at a better price than existing adapters, correct? How much of a savings?
Don't know, we'd have to try it. I'm certain it will work fantastic with an HPX500, but the 3000 is scary sharp so we'd have to test it to see if it could hold on to all the detail a 3000 can render. How well do you think this adapter would work paired with an HPX3000?
There is no such thing. I mean, a decent cine lens would be maybe something like the Cooke 20-100 (or 18-100), that'll give you a reasonable wide angle and a decent tele, but it's also going to be monstrously huge and heavy and slow (it's 1980's technology). What jack of all trades zoom lens would you suggest with this set-up, and what's your estimate of the price of the lens that you would recommend?
