30p!!

So, I have been doing a lot of my edits in 24p mode, but i watch the same edit everyday, and i think it was filmed in 30p because its not 60i and its not 24p (yes it is a dvx 100b). I am editing with adobe premiere cs3 and for those who use it you know that you can choose a 24p time line ect.

what type of time line would i be using what mode should i use if i want to edit in 30p mode ???

the standard ntsc dv timeline will do the trick. It is 30 frames per second afterall. Intercaled or progressive, it's still 30 frames. well, 29.97 but whatever, it works. Just be sure to choose progressive on export and make sure deinterlacing isnt on.

omg you are a life saver. I am filming in staten island and i wanted to try something new with 30p i will try to post an edit of my result tomorrow night

thanks you so much
